The Journey of a Worshipper is my first encounter with Sound design.
Inspired by Pierre Schaeffer's Musique Concrète, the project started out as an experimentation to find sounds, which communicated the meaning of love.
During this creative process, the project shifted from tackling sounds of love to an attempt in translating or narrating the journey that most worshippers must go through in order to reach the Divine.

This sound piece was influenced by my exposure to Sufism and Sufi worship. Also, the personal conflicts I face between my need to connect with the God and my human desires.
